StructSure provides project engineering, commercial administration and project-controls support to civil contractors. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. Contact: tom@structsure.ai.

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and a description of your project or support requirements.

We also collect anonymous, aggregated website usage data (such as pages viewed, referring site, country and device type) through Vercel Web Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

We use enquiry details only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential support for your projects. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists. Usage data is used only to understand how the website is used and to improve it.

Enquiries are stored in our secure database (Supabase) and a notification is sent to us by email (Resend). The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers may store data outside Australia. Access to enquiry records is restricted to StructSure staff.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, then delete them when no longer required.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing tom@structsure.ai. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond as soon as we can. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
